This historical building posed several design challenges: the exterior had to remain the same and the existing classic 6 and 8 residential apartments had to be turned into hotel rooms of varying sizes and configurations—30 room types in all. To ensure continuity, the design theme adhered to a traditional pre-war style with small moldings, bed canopies, and classic wallpapers.
