We transformed the existing powder room into a more spacious, beautiful, Zen-inspired space. By removing an adjacent hall closet, we gained the space necessary to widen the door and install a modern, full-size tub and vanity. We achieved an Eastern aesthetic by using an organic color palette and natural materials like woven bamboo and limestone. A touch of wrought iron gives a nod to the Mission style architecture of the house and the clients’ fondness for the Arts and Crafts style.
