Design Luxe
Our comprehensive interior design service takes all the guesswork out of the process: we manage everything for you, from the initial planning to the final product placement. We start with a meet and greet session at your home to learn exactly what you want to accomplish along with your aesthetic preferences, timeframe, and budget considerations. Once we know what you are envisioning, we’ll suggest the best approach to take, explain our fee structure, and outline what you can expect from us. This service is free to our clients.
We use the information from our initial meet and greet session to create a personalized proposal, and once it is accepted, we’ll set a date to measure and photograph your space, document existing items to be incorporated into the plan, and get copies of architectural plans if appropriate. We’ll ask lots of questions about how you plan to use the room. Do you need an office or homework niche in the kitchen? One cook or two? Will a family room need to appeal to different age groups and activities? Does anyone in your family have special needs? Armed with all this information, we go back to our studio to create a design concept along with an initial proposal outlining the cost and time involved. Once the concept is completed, we create detailed concept boards showing floor plans, photographs of furniture and lighting selections, color schemes, and samples of material choices such as fabric, flooring, tile, counters, and cabinetry. We will even draw sketches of custom window treatments and built-ins so you are completely comfortable knowing just what the final product will look like. During the presentation, we also prepare budget sheets with quotes from all our vendors, so clients know all the costs involved.
When you are ready to sign off on the design concept, we’ll provide the relevant drawings and instructions to our team of contractors and/or boards for approval. We will coordinate all purchases: no hassle, no fuss, no scheduling or waiting for deliveries. We will see the process through to completion, visiting the site as often as necessary to ensure a successful fulfillment of the design concept.
