Mimi Fong founded the award-winning Luminosus Designs in 2003, using her trademark style to create inviting, design-forward spaces. Pairing modern sophistication and sensibility with fresh color palettes and clean lines, Mimi puts her signature spin on designs that are tailored exclusively to your home—and your vision. Forever inspired by Impressionist masters such as Monet and Renoir, she excels at using light to enhance details and architectural elements, delivering that “wow” visual impact every time.

Design Philosophy

For Mimi, every room should evoke a sense of belonging. Whether the space is used for entertaining, everyday family get-togethers, or as a haven to unwind, a room should draw you in, making you feel content and welcome. To achieve that, she develops a deep understanding of your values and needs.

Known for her custom designs, Mimi has an extensive list of vendors and suppliers she works with to develop unique pieces, whether that’s lighting and rugs, tables and chairs, or anything in between.
