WHAT OUR CLIENT WANTED - Harbour Pointe is a luxury apartment complex offering an elegant, coastal living experience. Located at Bayonne Harbor, NJ, it is conveniently close to the Financial District and the iconic landmarks of lower Manhattan. The complex offers many amenities including fitness center, club house, jungle gym, business center and more. Mimi worked with the architect and project manager to inject a fresh perspective to the finishes of the public areas in the club house.

One of the challenges is the gym in the club house with its fan shaped floor plan. Mimi selected a high quality flooring product designed specifically for gyms, and created a custom color scheme and pattern that spans the entire floor seamlessly. She worked with a commercial wallcovering company to create an oversized jungle wall mural that is 20 feet high by 37 feet wide that truly created an immersive experience for all.

Mimi also selected numerous artworks, accessories that added a high end touch and made spaces such as the leasing office come alive.
