WHAT OUR CLIENT WANTED - Luminosus Designs was retained by the architects of MJM Design Studio in Grand Cayman to furnish the guest quarters and public spaces of Cotton Tree, a waterfront resort with a “barefoot luxury” concept. The property has an outdoor spa area, pool, gym, and yoga space along with four beach cottages; each with two suites, living room with a bar, and gourmet kitchen; along with a separate guest studio. In addition to furniture, Luminosus Designs outfitted the resort with luxury linen and towels, bedding, indoor and outdoor china and drinkware, kitchenware, and accessories. Stock furniture in the guest studio allowed for flexible use of the space.
